Talent Team 2024: Highlights of the Program

I’m beyond excited to share some fantastic news! Scuderia 1918 and BRIDL have successfully wrapped up the Talent Team Campus 2024, an incredible program designed to mold the future stars of equestrian sports.

This initiative handpicked and nurtured young talents who are already shining in international competitions. ⭐

Over three thrilling weeks, these three young riders received top-notch training, including physical workouts, equestrian coaching with Olympian Giorgio Nuti, and classes on horse management, nutrition, marketing, finance, and more.

This collaboration is a giant leap forward for equestrian training and development, setting new standards for the next generation.

For three exhilarating weeks, our talented riders immersed themselves in:

• Physical Training: Customised workouts with personal trainers, focusing on enhancing fitness and performance.

• Equestrian Coaching: Under the expert guidance of Olympian Giorgio Nuti, riders refined their techniques and strategies, gaining invaluable insights.

• Educational Classes: Covering essential areas such as horse management, nutrition, marketing, and finance, these sessions prepared riders for all aspects of their careers.

The program also featured an array of fun and engaging activities designed to foster teamwork and camaraderie:

• Scavenger Hunt, Commando Training & Build a Boat: These adventurous challenges brought out the best in our riders, building trust and collaboration.

• Pitch Practice & Public Speaking: Riders honed their stage presence and communication skills.

• Archery, Knife Throwing & Axe Throwing: Precision and focus were put to the test in these thrilling activities.

• Paintball & Go-Kart Racing: High-energy events that strengthened team bonds.

• Martial Arts & Board Breaking: Promoted resilience and mental toughness.

• Helicopter Rides & Campfire Chats: Offered unique perspectives and opportunities for reflection and bonding.
